The True North Northern Lights pedal is a Dallas Rangemaster Treble Booster clone pedal of sorts, 100% analog and true bypass, with some great additional features added. The Dallas Rangemaster Treble Booster pedal was used by the likes of Ritchie Blackmore, Tony Iommi, Glen Tipton, Brian May, and Rory Gallagher to get their famous, vintage guitar sounds. 

Vintage 1966 Silver Dallas Rangemaster guitar treble booster. Sells for around $2500-$3500 or more now, in fair condition.

The Dallas Rangemaster Treble Booster pedal was used by these famous guitarists to get more out of their amps, since many amps back in the 60s and 70s did not come with as much overdrive built-in, as most do today. They would crank up their amps super loud, and then add the treble booster, to produce way more bright overdrive on top, creating their iconic sounds.

Sporting some excellent artwork of actual Northern Lights, this pedal allows you to boost high frequency content, making notes on the guitar sing out when playing, or scream when you crank it up! It also works very well in front or behind our Tweed Drive pedal. The Northern Lights pedal also allows you to increase the boosted frequency range from a treble, to a mid and full range boost.
